REGISTRATION INFORMATION & ENROLLMENT
- Register by June 17. Your name, address, e-mail address and payment information are required at registration.
REGISTER NOW
- An order acknowledgement will be sent after a payment confirmation has been received by PDPW. Included in the message will be an email address that you can click to send pre-webinar questions. Questions can also be taken during the webinar through the webinar text box.
- The webinar link, access code and instructions will be e-mailed to you the Friday prior to the webinar. An outline of the webinar PowerPoint® along with a note-taking section will be attached to the email for your use.
HOW DOES A WEBINAR WORK?
The webinar will start promptly at 12:00 p.m. CST . Be sure to be logged on 15 minutes prior to the start time and follow the instructions in the webinar access email that you will receive from PDPW the Friday prior to the Webinar. (see #3 under Registration Information and Enrollment). That email will provide you with the following information:
Click on the weblink (URL) in the email
Enter your name and email address
Enter the webinar password
Click “JOIN” and follow the instructions given

What is a Webinar?
A webinar allows registered users to participate in a “learning seminar” using their computer to view and listen to the presentation. Users may choose to listen to the audio portion of the presentation via your computer speakers or by calling into a toll-free number.
What are the systems requirements for my computer to attend the World-Class Webinar?
Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000 SP4, XP SP2, 2003 R2, or Vista
Intel x86 (Pentium 400MHZ +) or compatible processor
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 1.5 or higher, Mozilla 1.7 or higher, , or Netscape 8.1 or higher
JavaScript and cookies must be enabled
Recommend ActiveX be enabled for Internet Explorer
56K or faster Internet connection (high-speed is recommended)

What do I do on the day of the event?
On the day of the webinar, follow the instructions you received via email. (See under How Does a Webinar Work?) Log in at least 15 minutes prior to the event. The webinar will start promptly at 12 noon Central Standard Time. You will be connected to the conference and placed on hold until the conference begins.
Can others listen in to the webinar with me?
Yes. You pay per COMPUTER . You can gather as many people as you wish around one computer. We encourage you to invite others to participate in the webinar or take the information in the quiet of your own office. It is up to you – think of the Webinar as a meeting without time for a long drive or the cost of your mileage…and you can stay in your “work” clothes!
Will I be able to ask questions during the webinar?
Yes! This is an interactive webinar and there are two ways to submit questions:

What should I do if I become disconnected during the webinar?
If you become disconnected during the webinar or have difficulty connecting, please contact PDPW at 1-800-947-7379.
What if I am unavailable during the scheduled live webinar or I miss the webinar?
No worries! The live webinar will be recorded and made available to registered attendees after the webinar. A post-webinar email will be sent with a link to view the entire recorded live webinar.
