USDA Rural Development

If your farm employees need help in obtaining housing, this office might be able to help. It has two programs for which farm workers might qualify:

-a guaranteed loan program - worker finds loan with qualified lender, then Rural Development guarantees that loan

-a direct loan program - worker gets loan directly from Rural Development
